- Full laboratory services with analysis
- Postpartum, pregnancy loss and birth trauma counseling
- Health promotion and prevention – diabetes, lifestyle issues, wellness, etc
- Referral to specialist if indicated
Primary Appointments and Prices
Initial comprehensive assessment for new patients ($150)
Approximately 1 hour
Ages 10-110
- Includes extensive interview, exam and history.
- Nutrition, system and complaint review along with lab draw based on needs.
- Pap/testing and mammogram order included, if needed.
Follow-up visits ($75)
45 minutes
- Go over lab results.
- Receive a plan of action, complete with prescriptions if needed along with supplement recommendations based on first visit and lab results.
Acute visits ($60)
30 minuntes
- Have a cold? UTI? STD?
- Minor health issues that require attention or medication?
Annual comprehensive visit ($125)
(required once yearly to continue ongoing medication prescriptions)
- System and complaint review along with lab draw based on needs.
- Pap/testing and mammogram order included, if needed.
- Labs sent and reviewed together.
